Home Health Managers provides mental health counseling in an experiential setting to treat individuals, groups, and families who experience a variety of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorder, ADHD, ADD, Traumatic brain injuries, Trauma, phobias, and more.

We have also had extensive experience working with ASD, Downs Syndrome, and Global Developmental Delay, just to mention a few

Through our unique therapies, we utilize a 38-acre horse farm with 20 horses, chickens, ducks, nature trails, planting beds, and more to provide opportunities for growth in an incredibly healing environment.
